Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 12 Hours of placing it for a full refund. Please contact our customer service at info@machine-spares.com / 6262161614 to request cancellation.
After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return it following our return policy.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
Certain items (such as personalized, perishable, or final sale items) may not be eligible for return.

Receive Return Instructions: We will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it back within 2 days of return approval.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
If returning for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you may be responsible for return shipping fees.
